Retry the DMG staple when Apple's ticket lookup drops the connection - #1178

The staple step failed on first attempt in rc.28, rc.29, rc.30 and twice on v1.0.0 with NSURLErrorDomain -1005 from Apple's CloudKit ticket lookup, seconds after notarytool reported Accepted. Wrap it in the same five-attempt loop the validate step already uses. Closes #1176 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

xcrun stapler staplefor the DMG inrelease-tauri.ymlin a five-attempt loop with a 20 s pause, mirroringvalidate_stapledinscripts/verify-macos-release.sh(#1097). The v1.0.0 release run (39980727334) hit the CloudKit-1005flake on attempts 1 and 3, each costing a full macOS rebuild throughgh run rerun --failed.Workflow only; no app or docs change.
