Summary
The daemon packages resolve Effect 4.1.2, with a minimum peer version of 4.1.0. The narrower peer range requires major release intents for all five packages.
The existing
@effect/tsgooverride remains at 0.64.1 because the organization’s oxlint preset still specifies a 0.x caret range (SYS-990). Transitive Effect packages are not overridden;@effect/opentelemetryresolves to 4.1.2 through its upstream dependency (SYS-1075).Related to SYS-1059
