Turns Windows HDR on while a game runs and off when it exits. Pauses the game while the display switches, so engines that check for HDR once at startup still see it. One exe, no injection.

Per-game Windows Auto HDR without digging through Settings - a .NET 10 / Native AOT rewrite of ForceAutoHDR. Work in progress: core library done, WinUI 3 app to come.
