Publish eval and benchmark results on the project site #61

Closed

Description

@triggeredcode

Lucid now has reproducible eval and routing-experiment results in the repository, but the GitHub Pages site does not surface them.\n\nScope:\n- add a concise evidence section to the homepage\n- publish the dataset, hardware, safety qualifiers, and candidate verdicts\n- link the full methodology in docs/evals.md\n- add regression coverage for the published claims and links\n\nKeep this focused on publishing existing evidence; everyday-reliability work remains a separate follow-up.

    Claimed. I’m implementing this on docs/publish-evals-site as a focused site-and-test change; the runtime remains untouched.

    Published via #62. GitHub Pages deployment succeeded and the live section was verified at https://triggeredcode.github.io/lucid/#evals. Full CI passed: 1,535 tests passed, with 22 suite-defined skips.
