• onboarding Electron E2E: passed
• visual QA: welcome, provider setup, workspace overview, and all coach marks
• full desktop E2E: 106/109 passed; the two persistent top-bar failures reproduce on exact base commit 39ded2b, and the transient page-zoom failure passed in isolation
• Docdex AST, impact graph, DAG, and import diagnostics: clean
