Overview

Move the context-py macOS aarch64 build from macos-14 to macos-15, because GitHub retires the macOS 14 runner images on 2026-11-02.

Considerations

• Why now. During GitHub's scheduled brownouts the macos-14 job already fails, and with it context-py Gate, on every PR (for example feat(cli): release for ppc64le and s390x Linux #1281). From 2026-11-02 it fails every time, and pushes to main stop uploading the darwin-aarch64 wheels to S3.
• Smallest change. macos-15 is ARM like macos-14, so the build stays native, and it ships Xcode 16, so xcode_version: "16" stays. The x86_64 row (macos-latest, Xcode 26) is unchanged.
• The wheel's minimum macOS comes from maturin's deployment target, not the runner OS, so it should not change.

Testing

This PR's macos (macos-15, aarch64, 16) job builds the wheel, installs it and runs the context-py tests.
