Adds a
testsGitHub Actions workflow (repo had none) that runs the existing pytest suite on PRs and pushes tomain, and publishes acoverage-summaryartifact containing{"coverage": <float pct>}sovoygr-tech/eng-dashboardcan harvest it for the "Test coverage %" chart. Mirrors the pattern already used in poi_core/poi_sampling/poi_enrichment.--cov=voygr(the only package undersrc/,pyproject.toml[project] name = "voygr").--cov-fail-under=0is passed explicitly (there's nofail_underconfig in this repo'spyproject.tomltoday, but the flag guards against one being added later without gating CI).[project.optional-dependencies].devhaspytest+pytest-mockbut notpytest-cov, so it's installed as a separate step.actions/checkoutv4,actions/setup-pythonv5,actions/upload-artifactv4).Local verification
Ran locally in a fresh venv before opening this PR:
Result: 77 passed, coverage 93.3%. No credentials/services required — the "integration" tests in
tests/test_integration.pyare fully mocked (clickCliRunner+unittest.mock.patch).Part of VOYG-57 — coverage harvested weekly by voygr-tech/eng-dashboard.
