Normal skill use previously required installing Node.js, pnpm and the toolkit before the agent could deliver a migration review. The skill now reads schema, migration and application sources directly and returns a source-cited Markdown review without runtime setup. Parser-backed models and interactive HTML remain available through the optional toolkit, with a production-only npm installation path.

Add manual EF Core/C#, Prisma and TypeORM mapping guidance, sequential schema ledgers with UNKNOWN propagation, and PR-ready summaries. Keep SOURCE_READ evidence outside canonical JSON. Update the README, contributor/security/release guidance, report outline, agent prompt, package resources and English/Spanish homepage and documentation. Track automated ORM adapters, PR automation, stateful engine analysis and the three-project/20-change accuracy study as future work.

Validation:

• Independent original-skill failure and revised-skill forward reviews, including an EF Core add/rename/index sequence with an unresolved helper.
• Creator validator passed; Node tests: 145 passed, 2 live cases skipped.
• Browser tests: 73 passed on each root and repository-prefix export; static build, TypeScript and publication checks passed.
• All 18 curated artifacts reproduced; dependency audit reported no known vulnerabilities; formatting and whitespace checks passed.
• Fresh npm package and unpacked skill installed outside the checkout and validated all three demos; package regression checks the no-runtime declaration and bundled source-review resources.
• Desktop English/light and mobile Spanish/dark visual captures inspected.

Local evidence is recorded in docs/standalone-skill-validation.md. The engine, canonical contract and release versions are unchanged. Live PostgreSQL checks remain in CI; this PR does not deploy Pages or publish a release.
