docs(readme): show the ghtools status card, with the integration's icon - #11

The card replaces the Validate badge, which pointed at the whole ghtools workflow rather than validation. HACS and License badges stay. Improved-By: claude-opus-5-5 <anthropic@willroscoe.uk>
Adds .github/logo.svg (a speaker in Home Assistant's house outline, pastel pink to yellow); brand/icon.png and icon@2x.png are renders of it, and status.logo points at the SVG. Improved-By: claude-opus-5-5 <anthropic@willroscoe.uk>

The logo belongs to a shared family: related repositories share a tile shape and palette (home automation = Home Assistant's own house outline with pastel gradients; tools = protonfs's rounded diamond; scraping = scrapetool's triangle and shards).
