• The m33mu image failed while cloning unused middleware from GitLab.
• Fetch only the ten SDK projects wolfBoot uses and check required headers.
• Replace MCUX_BOARDS with MCUX_PROJECTS for custom SDK selections.
• Build affected images on PRs, including base dependencies, without publishing. meaning if m33mu is changed then only m33mu image test will run or base/ changes then all would run
• Publish all images as master and latest after merges to master.
• Preserve publication from version tags and manual dispatch.
• Correct the Podman base tag so derived builds use the locally built image
