check_backfill_burndownread the beat state dir and reportedbackfill inactive (not inventoried)as PASS while the AO-7 campaign (18,671 inventoried sessions) was running underbackfill/<campaign>/dream_backfill_ledger.db.Fix: probe
backfill/*/dream_backfill_ledger.db, skipdryrun-*, take the newest ledger and pass its folder + campaign id toread_backfill_status; the inactive path is unchanged when no ledger exists.Evidence (lane-run, outside the worker sandbox): tests/test_dreaming_backfill_operational_review.py 7 passed; tests/test_public_demo.py + tests/test_operational_review.py 29 passed; ruff, release-truth --check and contract-witness passed in the worker. Live check against the installed campaign ledger in the PR thread.
