ClawHub's SkillSpector reported an ambiguous English-only onboarding instruction and an undeclared tool scope. Clarify that onboarding is localized, explain the standalone runtime's access needs without expanding host permissions, and prepare Skill 1.1.49. Keep the existing consent-gated credential flow; ClawScan classified its credential findings as expected.
Validation: full npm test passed (760 passed, 1 skipped), npm run lint passed, snapshot suite passed, ClawHub CLI 0.24.1 dry run identified 34 files, and CI run 41084003295 passed all seven jobs. Live read-only smoke passed (15 passed, 9 write operations skipped) using the updated user-scoped credential. ClawHub's previous 1.1.48 scan failed repeatedly at the SkillSpector worker, so publication requires platform recovery, a fresh scan and public verification.
