refactor(app): remove legacy recording layouts

Removes phone recording and sensor XML layouts replaced by Compose screens.

What was added

• Removal of measurement, countdown, home, sensor-info, and map layouts.
• Removal of annotation and sensor-row item layouts.

How it works

Measurement setup, active recording, sensor preview, and sensor details now construct their hierarchy in Compose. State changes update only the affected composables, so manual layout inflation and row binding are no longer required.
