fix(llc): lower the unread count when an unread message is hard-deleted - #3112
A message that counted as unread kept its unread slot after being hard-deleted, so the channel showed "1 unread" for a message that no longer exists. ChannelStateMutations.onMessageDeleted decremented only for channels that count unread messages locally. The backend's message.deleted event carries no unread count, and no other event sends a corrected per-channel count, so the count stayed wrong until the next query.
The decrement now applies wherever the message counted as unread, the same check the increment on message.new already uses. iOS decrements the same way.
This also enables the e2e test that covers it in unread_counts_test.dart.
Stacked on #3105 (the e2e suite); GitHub retargets it to master once that merges.
Verification
channel_client_state_test.dart: an unseen message from another user raises the count to 1, and a hard delete brings it back to 0; a soft delete keeps it at 1. The hard-delete test fails without the fix.
No screenshot: reproducing it needs a second user to send and hard-delete a message, which the sample app can't do alone. The e2e test does exactly that.
e2e: "hard delete of an unseen message decrements the unread count" is un-skipped and runs in this PR's E2E workflow.
v11: see the "Merging master into v11" comment on FLU-1097.
Fixed unread counts remaining elevated after an unread message is permanently deleted. The channel’s unread count now decreases when that message is hard-deleted, and will not drop below zero.
Soft-deleting a message does not decrease the unread count. This correction also applies when the deleted message is not currently present in the loaded channel window.
A message that counted as unread kept its slot after being hard-deleted,
because the decrement only ran for channels that count unread messages
locally. The server sends no corrected count for a hard delete, so the
decrement now applies wherever the message counted as unread, matching
the increment on a new message.
Fixes FLU-1097.

Hard-deleting an eligible unread message now decreases the channel’s unread count. Unit and integration tests cover hard and soft deletion. The changelog and capability documentation are also updated.
Eligible hard-deleted messages now decrement the unread count, clamped at zero. Tests verify that hard deletion of an unseen message lowers the count, while soft deletion does not. The hard-delete integration test is enabled. The capability documentation and changelog are updated.
The main unread-count correction is implemented, but deleting a message before read state exists can cause later messages to be undercounted until authoritative read state arrives. This is a bounded edge case; adding the null-Read guard would remove the remaining behavioral risk.

Add a hard-delete unread test for a counted message outside the loaded window.
The new test a hard delete of an unseen message decrements the unread count leaves isUpToDate at its default true. addNewMessage then inserts the message into the loaded list before the delete. A change that decrements unreadCount only for messages in the loaded list would still pass this test.
The existing out-of-window hard-delete test does not assert unreadCount. No other test on this path checks the count.
Add a test that:
Sets channel.state!.isUpToDate = false, then sends message.new for a counted message. The count rises to 1, and the message is not inserted into the loaded list.
Hard-deletes that message.
Expects unreadCount to be 0.
The current code passes this test. A list-gated decrement would leave the count at 1 and fail it.
