fix(ui): hide the delivery status in channels without read events - #3117
In a channel whose type has read events off (e.g. livestream), own messages and their channel-list preview showed a "sent" ✓ that could never advance. With read events off, the backend returns no read state (channels.go), so no read or delivery ever arrives.
The status is now hidden in those channels, in the message footer, the channel-list preview and the message row's screen-reader label. The pending clock and the failed badge stay, as on Android, iOS and RN.
StreamMessageSendingStatus and the channel-list preview decide this where they draw the tick, and the row label mirrors it. The shared status helper is unchanged.
Unchanged:
Regular channels: ✓ → ✓✓ → blue ✓✓ as before.
A user who turns read receipts off in their privacy settings: their channels still have read events, so the backend just clears their reads. The sender sees ✓ and grey ✓✓, never blue (like WhatsApp).
This also enables the seven "… read events are disabled" e2e tests in message_delivery_status_test.dart.
stream_message_metadata_test.dart, without read events: the footer hides a sent message's status and keeps the clock of a message still sending.
stream_message_item_status_semantics_test.dart, without read events: the row label leaves out "Sent" and still announces a failed send.
stream_channel_list_item_test.dart: the preview shows the status with read events, none without, and keeps the clock of a message still sending.
Each guard was broken on purpose (6 in total), and a test caught every one. Four existing setups now grant readEvents, because they test ticks in a regular channel. Only the local macOS goldens fail.
Android emulator against the real backend: a livestream channel (read_events: false), before and after (screenshots above).
e2e: the seven tests are un-skipped and run in this PR's E2E workflow.
v11: see the "Merging master into v11" comment on FLU-1091.
Messages and channel-list previews no longer show a “sent” indicator when read receipts aren’t available. Message timestamps and preview text remain visible, and in-progress and failed messages continue to display their relevant status.
Accessibility labels omit the “Sent” status when read receipts aren’t available, while continuing to include failed-to-send status.

Walkthrough
Message delivery indicators and accessibility labels now account for read-event capability. Channel previews omit the default sent indicator when read receipts are unavailable. Unit and integration tests cover these cases.

The message status widget and accessibility label omit the sent status when read receipts are unavailable. Tests cover sent, sending, and failed message states. The changelog describes the display change.
Channel-preview delivery status packages/stream_chat_flutter/lib/src/scroll_view/channel_scroll_view/stream_channel_list_item.dart, packages/stream_chat_flutter/test/src/scroll_view/channel_scroll_view/stream_channel_list_item_test.dart, packages/stream_chat_flutter/test/src/message_widget/stream_message_item_preview_test.dart
The channel preview omits its default delivery indicator when read receipts are unavailable. Tests cover read-event capability and message state.
The change is mergeable with a bounded accessibility follow-up: completed messages can announce a delivery status that is visually hidden. Live channel-type setting changes remain unsupported until the next message refresh.

…FLU-1091)
Keeps MessageDeliveryStatus free of channel state: StreamMessageSendingStatus
hides the sent tick itself, and the row label mirrors it with a bool. The e2e
test now also checks the held send didn't fail.

packages/stream_chat_flutter/lib/src/message_widget/stream_message_item.dart:1396-1398 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | 💤 Low value
Hide read and delivered row labels when read receipts are unavailable.
The row guard at stream_message_item.dart:1396 only suppresses .sent. A completed message with another user's read entry resolves to read, so the row announces "Read". The footer returns Empty for the same message when read receipts are unavailable. The screen reader then announces a status that no sighted user sees. Apply the same rule as the footer: hide read, delivered, and sent labels for messages that are not outgoing. Failed, sending, and attachment-progress labels stay unchanged.

packages/stream_chat_flutter/lib/src/message_widget/stream_message_item.dart:1354-1357 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | 💤 Low value
Subscribe the row label to capability changes.
The row label reads canUseReadReceipts inside a BetterStreamBuilder whose only stream is channel?.state?.readStream. A capability-only update does not re-emit readStream, so the row can keep an omitted "Sent" label after readEvents is enabled, until an ancestor rebuilds it.

rebuilds when read-receipt capability changes, rather than listening only to
channel?.state?.readStream; preserve the existing read and delivery status
inputs.
Cover the read and delivered branches in the no-read-events status test.
The readEvents: false group never supplies a read entry. buildMessageScene stubs readStream with Stream.value(const []), and readEvents changes only the channel capability. The row therefore never runs its read or delivered branch. The Sent check alone would also pass a regression that puts a read or delivered label on this row.
Cover two cases in this group:
No read entries (completed own message): The row should show no status suffix. Assert that no label contains the read or delivered text. Build those strings with the same translation lookup that the failed-status case uses.
A read entry from another user: Add a List<Read> reads = const [] parameter to buildMessageScene and pass it to the stub:
With read receipts unavailable, the footer shows no read or delivered state. The row label should match, so assert that no label contains the read or delivered phrases. This case fails on the current code, because the row label shows the read label for a retained read entry. Land the row fix with this test, or the test fails until that fix is made.

Extend buildMessageScene with a reads parameter and use it for the readStream
stub. In the readEvents: false tests, assert that a completed own message with
no read entries has no read or delivered status labels, using the existing
translation lookup; add a case with a read from another user and assert the
same. Update the message-row status logic so unavailable read receipts do not
produce a read or delivered label for that retained read entry.

Add a row-label test for a pending message without read events.
The related metadata tests cover StreamMessageFooter, not the StreamMessageItem row label. Add an attachment-free MessageState.sending case with readEvents: false and assert the messageSendingStatusLabel suffix. This is a test-coverage improvement, not a current production defect.
