What changed

  • unittests.yml and dev_test.yml: add 3.15 to the python-version matrix (3.11-3.15).
  • coverage.yml, pythonlint.yml, formatting.yml, packaging_test.yml: single pinned version 3.14 -> 3.15.
  • pyproject.toml: add Programming Language :: Python :: 3.15 classifier (requires-python stays >=3.11).
  • No dependency changes (uv.lock untouched).

Left at 3.14

  • python-publish.yml: only commented-out python-version: ["3.14"] lines, nothing active; untouched on purpose.
  • No docker, build_executable or scheduled/sync workflows exist in this repo. No tox.ini. README says "By default, it uses Python version 3.13" (a template default, not a support statement), left as is.

Setup notes

astral-sh/setup-uv@v10.3.2 with python-version: 3.15 resolved to stable cpython-3.15.1; no allow-prereleases needed.

CI

All checks green, including pytest (3.15) (Python 3.15.1) on the first commit. Local gates on the full change: pytest, ruff check, ruff format --check, mypy all exit 0.

Base commit: d6267e1 build(deps): bump github/codeql-action from 4.39.0 to 4.39.1 (#394)
