fix(gcp): price 1-year and 3-year commitment SKUs separately - #628
skumatch.Slot mapped Commit1Yr and Commit3Yr to one commitment slot. Since SlotPrices.Add now rejects differing prices in a slot, a catalog listing both terms failed as ambiguous and the Cloud SQL, Memorystore and Cloud Storage extractors never produced a price.
Change
skumatch: separate SlotCommit1Yr / SlotCommit3Yr; SlotPrices.Commitment(termYears) returns the requested term's price and errors on any term other than 1 or 3.
The three extractors take the termYears the callers already compute; no exported API change.
Same-term SKUs at different prices still error as ambiguous.
Existing 3-year fixtures were 1-year SKUs that only passed through the conflation; they now use Commit3Yr SKUs.
Tests
Per service: both SKU orders for 1-year and 3-year requests, same-term duplicate ambiguity, other-term-only gives no commitment, unknown term errors. Mutation probes (swapped term switch, swapped Slot mapping) both fail the suite.
GCP Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and Memorystore pricing now uses the price for the requested 1-year or 3-year commitment, even when both terms are listed.
Different prices for duplicate SKUs of the same commitment term still result in an ambiguity error.
Requests for unsupported commitment terms are rejected, and offerings report an error when pricing for the requested commitment term is unavailable.
skumatch.Slot mapped Commit1Yr and Commit3Yr to one commitment slot, so a
catalog with both terms failed closed as ambiguous and never priced.
Split the slots and select by requested term in the Cloud SQL, Memorystore
and Cloud Storage extractors; unknown terms error. 3-year test fixtures
now use Commit3Yr SKUs instead of relying on the conflation.

Walkthrough
GCP SKU matching now stores 1-year and 3-year commitment prices separately. Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and Memorystore pass the requested term to their pricing extractors, which return the matching commitment price.

Explanation
Issue #254 has one coding requirement group: extractors must match Commit1Yr and Commit3Yr SKUs to the requested term, and tests must cover both SKU orders.
providers/gcp/internal/skumatch/slotprices.go: Add stores 1-year and 3-year commitment prices in independent slots (SlotCommit1Yr, SlotCommit3Yr). Commitment(termYears) returns the requested term's price, returns 0 when that term is absent, and errors for any term other than 1 or 3. Same-term SKUs at different prices return an ambiguity error through setOnce.
providers/gcp/services/cloudsql/client.go (read directly): extractSQLPricingFromSKUs takes termYears and returns prices.Commitment(termYears). getSQLPricing returns 'no commitment pricing found' when the selected commitment price is 0. GetOfferingDetails derives termYears from rec.Term.
Cloud SQL, Memorystore, and Cloud Storage extractors take termYears from their callers, per the PR description and the whole-PR change summary. I did not read these extractor files directly beyond Cloud SQL.
Tests: the PR description and change summary report term_test.go coverage in each service for both SKU orders, same-term duplicate ambiguity, other-term-only (zero, no error), and an unsupported term. The incremental change since the previous review adds term_offering_test.go in cloudsql and memorystore. Each test sets a 3-year request against a catalog with only a 1-year commitment SKU and expects 'no commitment pricing found' with nil details.
Compute Engine, also named in #254, is unchanged by this PR. Per the previous assessment, providers/gcp/services/computeengine/pricing.go already filters by term and returns an ambiguity error for same-term SKUs at different prices. The #254 requirement is met for that service at both the merge base and head.
Limit: Memorystore and Cloud Storage extractor source was not read directly in this assessment. Their conclusions rest on the skumatch change and the change summary.

Explanation
All changed areas connect to the #254 fix:
skumatch core (slotprices.go, skumatch.go, and their tests): separates the 1-year and 3-year commitment slots and adds Commitment(termYears).
Cloud SQL, Memorystore, and Cloud Storage extractors and their callers: pass termYears. The change summary reports no exported declaration change outside skumatch.
Test updates: 3-year fixtures move from Commit1Yr to Commit3Yr SKUs. This follows from the requirement to test both SKU orders.
Two new offering tests (cloudsql and memorystore term_offering_test.go): these exercise the no-commitment-price guard for a 3-year request against a 1-year-only catalog, which is part of the #254 term handling.
CHANGELOG.md entry: describes this fix.
No change addresses unrelated functionality. No Compute Engine file changed, which is consistent with that code already meeting the requirement.

A 3-year offering lookup on a catalog with only Commit1Yr SKUs must hit the
no-commitment-price guard in Cloud SQL and Memorystore instead of pricing
at zero. Disabling either guard now fails a test.

…year
Add skumatch.TermYears, accepting 1yr/1/empty and 3yr/3, and use it in the
Cloud SQL, Memorystore and Cloud Storage offering lookups. An unsupported
label such as 2yr previously fell back to 1 year and, with both SKU terms in
the catalog, returned the 1-year price under the wrong label.

Review verdicts at dd0e378: two independent cold reviews (non-author), both APPROVE after two fix rounds.
Commit1Yr and Commit3Yr route to separate slots (skumatch.go:94-97), and each slot keeps its own ambiguity check. Cloud SQL, Memorystore and Cloud Storage request the price for their term.
A missing price for the requested term returns 0 and is rejected by the zero-price guards (cloudsql:292, memorystore:255, cloudstorage:251). New GetOfferingDetails tests cover a 3yr request against a catalog with only 1yr SKUs, and each fails with its guard disabled.
The CodeRabbit finding is fixed: unsupported terms such as "2yr" now error through skumatch.TermYears instead of being priced as 1yr. Labels that main loosely priced as 1yr ("12mo", "1YR", "36mo") now error. No caller passes them, and the change fails closed.
Mutation probes (swapping terms, merging the slots, removing the guards, defaulting unknown terms to 1) each fail tests. go test -race -count=1 ./... passes in providers/gcp and pkg, with and without the workspace. Lint is clean.
