Specify the device-folder portion of FR-2_6: Library folder management, offline imports, duplicate and deletion behavior, profile-local recovery, and platform access fallbacks. Add the architecture and acceptance guide to the technical documentation, with explicit separation between automated checks and remaining device acceptance.
Refs #21 and PapyrusReader/client#108. FR-2_6 remains open because its broader import sources and platform acceptance are not all verified.
Validation:
make build requirements testpassed, including the strict Sphinx build, requirements export and 23 tooling tests. Client evidence includes clean-checkout validation with the committed reader pin, live two-client sync, platform builds and the remaining Windows/device checks.Client implementation: PapyrusReader/client#109.
