Summary
Correct the local inference/profiling checkout paths after the science grouping, and regenerate the two Cortex dashboards. Keep all remote HPC and external science paths unchanged.
Validation
Cortex schema check passed; 63 tests passed; generated dashboard check current. Four project-map path lines and their rendered counterparts only. Part of PyAutoLabs/PyAutoBrain#397.
The canonical checkin branch and all science ledgers/results are preserved. A data-only old-path inference folder recreated by a later pull was compared against the grouped checkout: all22 result files identical. Its complete contents, including its distinct pull receipt, are preserved in
.migration/organs/recovered-autolens_inferencelocally.
