#421) The 2026-09 decision-matrix and mesh-CPU notes described the fixed interferometer_numba_nnz_per_source_max = 60 gate as the packaged default; since PyAutoArray#632 (17caf228) it is the null cost model. Mark that wording historical and point to the Aris route-gate note. The campaign wiki gains a link-only pointer to the PyAutoPulse task Knowledge section and its two decision records. 17caf228) the packaged interferometer route default isnull, a two-constant cost model, but two 2026-09 notes still presented the fixed gate of 60 as the packaged default.Closes #421
