Bumps the SemanticEmojiFilter sample to the current releases: SKaiNET 0.60.0 and SKaiNET-transformers 0.61.0 (catalog comment and README mentions updated to match).
The sample already uses the
sk.ainet.frontend.*tokenizer packages, so theio-corealiases that became errors in engine 0.60.0 are not referenced.Verified against Maven Central (no
