A workspace that has moved to v2 got a 400 for every MCP request whose URL had
mode=passthrough. Those clients had to edit their MCP URL before they could reach v2.v1 now forwards these requests to v2 like any other request. The forwarded URL never carried v1's
modeparameter:buildV2Urlbuilds v2's/mcpURL from scratch and keeps onlyelicitation_modeand a toolkit'sconnection. v2 serves its own tools for the request. A client holding a v1 session id gets v2's unknown-session answer and initializes a new session, as other forwarded clients do.Authentication, membership, the toolkit lookup and the 503 paths are unchanged.
