Tests for #2388 in
v2-forward.test.ts:mode=passthroughrequest reaches v2 at/mcp, without themodeparameter, and v2's answer is relayed.mode=passthroughtoolkit request reaches v2 with the toolkit'sconnection.buildV2Urldropsmode=passthrough.The first test replaces the one that expected a 400.
