First-use expectation mismatch

The public Dotchi Play listing still emphasizes anime, while the verified current Flutter app and backend questions offer general A/B polls (food, travel, lifestyle, sports, technology, etc.). Worse, appdevelopsk.com/support/twotaku/ in the source asserted anime/manga database, watch/read lists and anime-only battles, which the current source does not provide. This can harm both organic-qualified acquisition and post-install retention.

Source changes

  • Replace stale Dotchi support-page SEO title, description, hero and four visible features with actual A/B poll benefits.
  • Use the existing 17 localized Fastlane store short/full descriptions as the source of localized APP_T hero snippets and FEAT_T four-feature labels. Do not accidentally preserve the old anime-specific English/Japanese text or generic leaderboard claims in other languages.
  • Add truthful Android SoftwareApplication metadata, Open Graph/Twitter previews and an above-the-fold Google Play CTA with the original Install Referrer; GA4 download_click records app/placement (hero vs detail).
  • Add source contracts validating all 17 translations, Play target and privacy-safe tracking; include production HTTPS assertions, sitemap update and one more file in the non-deleting manual VPS release (12 target files).

Verification and boundaries

Source PR must pass CI; code merge does not publish VPS content. Dotchi Play metadata source was separately improved via app-infra #97 but needs a distinct Play Console listing update. Compare qualified organic sessions -> Play click -> acquisition -> first vote/D1/D7 after both go live, rather than claiming instant uplift.
