Official 2026-10-26 GSC URL Inspection shows eight deliberately indexable Toolify tools crawled-but-not-indexed, plus four expected noindex exception cases. Source audit found a locale-specific link-policy mismatch: indexable exception locales (e.g.
th/date-calculator,tr/grade-calculator) calledgetRelated(slug,6,true)which filtered only global English/JapaneseINDEXED_SLUGS, often linking tonoindextarget tool pages in that locale. FixgetRelatedwith a backwards-compatible optional locale and applyisIndexableIn(locale, targetSlug)for any indexed tool page. Preserve unrestricted human navigation on noindex pages and existing en/ja policy. Add Vitest regression coverage for th/tr/ar/ru/es/fr/en/ja. Norobots, canonical, sitemap or broad noindex changes. This fix improves coherence of existing indexable tool navigation; does not guarantee indexation. Require project TypeScript/unit/SEO CI before merge and normal Cloudflare deployment verification after.
