Scope / Alcance

Prepare the Windows x64 release 0.8.0 frozen on main at dc9fab5:

• Bump package.json, package-lock.json, src-tauri/Cargo.toml and src-tauri/Cargo.lock from 0.7.0 to 0.8.0 (version fields only, via npm run bump 0.8.0).
• Add the bilingual release notes docs/releases/v0.8.0.md, which the Release workflow loads as the draft body.

Notes cover only what Windows users get: the first part of the English interface (explicitly not the whole app), the MiniMax, z.ai and SuperGrok providers, and the popup focus fix (#164). The cursor-sampling fix (#162) is excluded because it only runs on macOS since #169. Linux and internal work appears only in the thanks.

Out of scope: macOS and Linux downloads, Authenticode (#20, paused), dispatching the workflow, tags and publication.

• Criteria satisfied: the four manifests declare 0.8.0; the notes follow the v0.7.0 structure with ES/EN mirrored section by section (5/1/1/5/5 items); thanks match the commit authors of v0.7.0..dc9fab5 by GitHub login.
• Checks actually run and results: node --test scripts/bump.test.mjs scripts/release-check.test.mjs → 18/18 pass. scripts/release-check.mjs was run against a throwaway commit with this content: every check passed except "source_sha belongs to origin/main", which is expected for a commit not yet on main. An independent read-only verification checked every claim in the notes against the merged code and led to two corrections (dropping fix(desktop): cerrar el popup tras la primera muestra exterior del cursor (#161) #162, widening the "still in Spanish" note).
• Checks not run and why: the real Release workflow run (build, minisign signing, draft release) needs a separate manual dispatch after merge; there is no installer or update smoke on Windows yet.
• Remaining blockers: after merge, re-run release-check against the merge SHA, then dispatch Release with version=0.8.0 and source_sha=<merge SHA>.
