#307, #309 and #310 were merged into their stacked parent branches (task/cache-memo, task/cache-lock) instead of being retargeted first, so their code never reached feature/caches. Only #306 (Cache.memo) landed there.

This branch is origin/task/cache-lock (which holds #307, #309 and #310) with feature/caches merged in. It is a clean merge with no conflicts and contains no new code, only the already reviewed changes:

  • Cache.lock for the array, file, database and Redis stores (ADR 031)
  • Cache.tags with namespaced keys and tagged flush (ADR 034)

Validation: 241 cache tests pass and ruff is clean.

This is 14 files because it combines three reviewed PRs. It can be split into a lock PR and a tags PR if preferred.

Superseded by #312, which also consolidates the cache ADRs.
