The long-lived branch for the v0.3 revamp (inventory: ops/handoffs/outbox/2026-10-11-www-v030-revamp-inventory.md). DRAFT ONLY. Rules: customer-visible copy merges only after the owner's explicit go, relayed by the advisor; cold reads happen on the rendered Cloudflare preview of this branch; nothing here goes live before v0.3.0 does. It starts from main plus the held drafts of PR #165 (verify-a-release in rule 78's shape, the new-chain NIST/SLSA page with its CISA section, a what's-new page), every v0.3 claim TO-VERIFY, noindex. No other page is edited until the owner ratifies the messaging brief. Page PRs go INTO this branch, each with two reviewers.
