Release day. DRAFT, stacked on the preview branch www/v030-revamp (#172); merge only with it, after v0.3.0 is live and the owner's go.

What it does (mechanical, 28 files):

• removes the robots noindex line from the 27 pages that carry it (8 new, 19 changed live pages), so none stays hidden and none of the 19 live pages drops out of search;
• removes the "DRAFT for v0.3 ... not published" banner, the "DRAFT v0.3.0, not published:" start of descriptions, " (draft)" in titles and links, and the "Draft, not published." sentence; llms.txt entry too;
• sitemap.xml already lists the 8 new pages, so after this no noindex page is listed (there is none). Site-rot: 56 pages, 0 problems.

Still manual on release day (copy, not done here): the security page sentence that "with v0.3" lines describe a chain not on main; the to-verify items in outbox 2026-10-22-www-launch-readiness-audit.md (run each command on the final v0.3.0); lastmod dates in sitemap.xml.
