At launch, restore this section on /regulated/ (exact original HTML below). /pricing/ in this PR already carries the same facts (FIPS applicability statement, per-release attestation letters signed by FosterStack LLC, questionnaire support up to 8 hours a year, named-version LTS).

    top: a FIPS applicability statement mapping the validated module boundary
    onto this product, per-release attestation letters addressed to you and
    signed by FosterStack LLC, security-questionnaire support up to 8 hours
    per year (async), and named-version LTS.

This branch predates the security section, so it has no 'Security is the difference' heading to rename; when this branch is rebased onto main at launch, main's heading ('More than kept patched.') comes with it.
