A minor release: remote MCP (`brain mcp --http`, `brain mcp-router`, `brain_capture`, `brain cycle --spool-root`) is new surface and nothing existing changes. The optional `brainkit[remote]` extra carries PyJWT, so a base install, its dependencies and every existing command behave as in 0.8.0; a deployment that never starts the new commands is unaffected.
