Summary

Remove workspace config keys that no library reads, as flagged by the PyAutoNerves config board: the dead analysis: block (n_cores, preload_attempts, should_profile, preload-check keys, disable_positions_lh_inversion_check) and the unused mle.corner_cornerpy block. Config-only; no scripts change.

Scripts Changed

  • None — config only: config/general.yaml, config/visualize/plots_search.yaml

Upstream PR

Readiness

Heart YELLOW (85), explicitly acknowledged by the human for this ship. Reasons:

  • manifest drift: hub organism blurb (organs present) — 7 mismatches
  • manifest drift: organism-map blocks (generated) — 1 mismatch
  • manifest drift: workspace checkouts (manifest ↔ disk) — 1 mismatch
  • release validation stale: source moved since rehearsal (PyAutoFit, PyAutoArray, PyAutoGalaxy, PyAutoLens)

Merge order (library-first)

PyAutoGalaxy#630 → PyAutoLens#751; PyAutoNerves#176 any time. Workspace PRs merge only after the library PRs are merged.

Test Plan

  • pyauto-heart smoke --root <worktree> for autocti_workspace — not run: the smoke environment could not be built locally (no GSL headers to build arcticpy).
  • Fallback: .github/scripts/run_smoke.py in the base environment — 3/3 pass
  • Nerves board against the worktree: 0 orphan keys
  • Rely on this PR's CI for the full smoke environment.

…(PyAutoMind#441)

Delete workspace config keys that no library reads (dead hpc.* update
toggles, preload checks, removed-param notation, unused subplot tables),
fix malformed keys, and drop keys now promoted into library defaults.
