Honor closures throughout reservations and cover 100 edge cases - #528
Reservations could suggest a closed day, expire on their reopening day, or announce pickup while the assigned branch was closed. Approval and reassignment could hide a conflict by keeping a stored return date that the reader could not use.
Availability finds the first open day with capacity. For an unassigned title, at least one branch with a lendable copy must be open. Approval, activation, and copy replacement check the chosen copy's effective return window before committing.
Expiry, pickup confirmation, and cancellation use the usable deadline. NCIP, web and mobile calendar exports, and pickup notifications report the corresponding dates.
Adds 100 isolated acceptance scenarios covering weekly, yearly, branch, and holiday closures; an observed holiday across New Year; date selection, capacity, expiry, approval, reassignment, pickup, cancellation, NCIP, and calendar feeds.
Local validation: 100/100 acceptance scenarios, 38 browser regressions, 153 inventory snapshot checks, related circulation/calendar suites, and PHPStan.
This follows #527 and temporarily includes its commits so CI and CodeRabbit can review the complete reservation change against main. Merge #527 first.

Queue promotion no longer stalls: processBookAvailability now walks eligible candidates with a (queue_position, id) cursor. A refused head no longer blocks the reader behind it, and every earlier candidate still counts in later readers' capacity checks. The closure-extension gate now takes excludeQueueTailStartingBy, so later readers in the overlapping period no longer block the head. A later reader's separate window still keeps its own added days.
Branch-aware first available date: when a title's copies span several branches, firstAvailableDate needs a copy that is free of holding loans at an open branch, through firstFreeOpenCopyDay().
Pickup and approval: confirmPickup now refuses while the assigned branch is closed. On reopening, it saves the reconciled return date. When a calendar is configured, approval skips the title-wide check for an elapsed window and checks each copy's window instead.
Pickup deadline cap: pickupDeadlineOnReopening now caps reads at the effective return date. Writes still cap at the stored date (useEffectiveDue: false).
Activation fallback: a pinned copy that can't honor its window now falls through to the sibling allocator. A pickup whose branch is closed today still waits.
Reassignment: handleNoCopyAvailable keeps the stored end date when same-day handover is on or the added days are already taken.
Integrity counters and audit: the counters now use the same effective intervals and pauses as the capacity checks, and count copyless scheduled holds. The audit applies its overdue sentinel only once the effective return date has passed.
Coverage guard: it now ignores obsolete preset rows, as loadClosures does, and reuses one calendar across ICS rows through withAdditionalClosure().

A sibling copy keeps the promised return day: activateScheduledLoans now works out $promisedDue from the pinned copy's branch, or from the title's branches when no copy is pinned, and passes it to activationDueDate for sibling candidates. A copy at another branch can no longer shorten the window back to its own earlier open day. The added-day capacity check in reservationDueDateForCopy now starts at $promisedDue + 1. That is safe because the loan's own holdingEnd already holds the title through the promised day.
Inverted windows are refused without rules: reservationDueDateForCopy returns null when the stored due date is before the start, even without calendar rules. I checked every caller that runs without rules. Approval and activation return before reaching it, confirmPickup already rejected a past due date, and reassignment only hits the case with invalid rows.
Copyless bookings in the request calendar: ReservationsController::holdingEnd now passes libro_id for prenotato rows, and its query selects that column. A copyless hold now ends on the same open day that CapacityService and DataIntegrity use.
